This place has an amazing chef. The Lobster Bisque is very creamy with lobster meat and Cognac. Their Lobster Bisque is served only in season. The chef also creates an amazing dessert called “Rote Grutze” a classic dessert from Northern Germany. It’s a Berry Pudding with Vanilla Sauce. This restaurant is a great place to enjoy an international wine and relax, dine and enjoy the works of art of Chef Markus Ritter. Restaurant Closes in January, February & March but the hotel is open year round.
